• Each person may register only one account. Creating multiple accounts will result in all accounts being closed and any deposited funds may be forfeited.

• Ik33 may request a copy of your National ID or passport at any time as part of the KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process.

You are solely responsible for keeping your account secure. Never share your username or password with anyone. If you suspect your account has been compromised, contact ik33 support immediately.

3 Deposit & Withdrawal Rules

The following rules apply to all deposits and withdrawals on ik33:

• Minimum Deposit: BDT 200. Deposits are usually credited to your account instantly.
• Withdrawal Timeframe: Processing typically takes between 15 minutes and 24 hours. KYC verification may be required for your first withdrawal.
• Payment Methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and local bank transfers are accepted.
• Currency: All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
• Deposits and withdrawals must use the same payment method. Withdrawals to a different method may be approved in certain cases.
• To prevent money laundering, ik33 reserves the right to suspend or cancel any suspicious transactions.

• Welcome Bonus: Available to new members only. Each person is eligible to receive this bonus once.
• Wagering Requirement: To withdraw bonus funds, a specified wagering requirement must be met (typically 15–30x the bonus amount).
• Validity: Every bonus has a set expiry period. Any unused bonus will be forfeited once it expires.
• Game Restrictions: Some bonuses are only valid for specific games or categories. Any restrictions will be stated in the bonus details.
• Any attempt to claim bonuses using multiple accounts or false information will result in forfeiture of all bonuses and winnings.

5 Betting Rules

• If incorrect odds or payouts are displayed due to a technical error, ik33 reserves the right to void or correct the affected bets.

• If a disconnection occurs during a live game, the outcome will be determined based on the server records.
• Ik33 reserves the right to change the odds on any market without prior notice.

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ik33 platform. Violations may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances:

• Creating multiple accounts or operating another person's account.
• Using bots, scripts, or automated software to play games.
• Bonus Arbitrage — exploiting bonuses across multiple accounts to gain an unfair advantage.
• Any activity related to money laundering or the use of illegally obtained funds.
• Harassing other users or ik33 staff.
• Attempting to hack or breach the platform's security systems.

7 Responsible Gaming
